300 employees. This was a $135 million project finishing ahead of schedule and receiving the

Responsible for all night smelter safety operations. Incident scene commander for emergency team

and confined space rescue. Conducted supervisory training on OSHA standards.

Prepared accident reports. Was charged with safety program for project with 2,700 employees at peak.  This billion-dollar project was credited with achieving over 3 million man-hours without lost time injury.
